Woot! Pre-ordered. Had some coupons and rewards, so I got it for next to nothing too. I really like the art for this. Much more visually appealing than part 1 in my opinion, what with the spooky villains and rotting pumpkin. I'm bias, though, as Scarecrow is my all-time favorite villain. If they'd have kept Batman to only the cover of the first, it could make a cool mural. Still does, I suppose.

They've already announced that is coming...that's what they are saving the 4k for. Gotta get the triple dip!

I've been wanting to pre-order the Part 1 Steelbook all week, but I guess it is sold out and it even says not available at my closest store either. Really wanted the Steelbooks, so I guess I may not even bother with Part 2 now.

There's a chance they may not even release a steelbook for the full movie edition. Then again, they don't seem to be following a repeated pattern with these two-part movies.

They didn't do a steelbook for The Death and Return of Superman. They only released steelbooks for the two separate part films as The Death of Superman (Part 1) and Reign of the Supermen (Part 2).

When it came to Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, they only did a steelbook for the full movie edition, but they never did steelbooks for the two separate part films.


I suppose anything can happen, but if the Superman two-parter is any indication, you may only end up with steelbooks for each separate part film and a non-steelbook gift set for the full movie edition.

I've really wanted to get this but ever since the page went live,it won't let me pre-order.

Since the beginning,it's said....Find A Store.Unavailable nearby

Which I don't really understand.I want to pre-order and ship to my home.What does it matter if my local nearby Best Buys (the closest one it will let me pre-order from is miles away) won't have it?Whenever I order from Best Buy.com,it comes from a warehouse out of state usually Louisville Ky(I'm in Maryland) anyway.

I'm waiting to see what happens on release day.If it lets me order or if my nearby Best Buy has it in store.Again,according to the site,it won't be.At this one or the next closest Best Buy.The closest Best Buy that will have it in store or that will let me order from(which again,I don't understand why that would matter if I'm ordering from Best Buy.com to ship to my house) is way out of my way.
