Fried Barry (2020 Ryan Kruger Movie) - Blu-ray Forum

Couldn't find a thread for this movie, so I'm making one here.

Recently watched this movie and was entertained throughout. It's not the conventional Alien movie and I liked this take on an Alien type movie a lot.

It actually reminded me of the Jason Statham Crank movies which I also found highly enjoyable. I recommend at least checking this fillm out if you haven't already.

I saw this on Shudder recently during The Last Drive-In. From what little I'd read about I expected it to be something of a chore to get through, but I ended up enjoying it a lot. For someone who's not really an actor, I thought the lead did a great job making us think something otherworldly was in control of his body. It was a great time.

This is hitting blu-ray on Oct 5th and the cover say's it's a hard R version of ET kind of has a little bit of my attention for checking this one out.

Available in the U.K. in October I believe (Blu-Ray) really on the fence about it.

Also saw this on Joe Bob Briggs Last Drive-In-- really enjoyed. It kind of sags in the middle, but the first and last 20 - 30 minutes are pretty great.

Does anybody know if the special features for this release have been revealed anywhere? The German and other non-US editions seem to be stacked.

Got my copy from Amazon today. Gonna watch it tonight but sad that it doesn't come with a slipcover, love the artwork. Does anyone know if it's a new standard now from RLJE or just this one? I hope Prisoners of the Ghostlands comes with one.
