Blade Runner 2049 is a much better film if considered as the sequel to Drive

I won't say much, but i can say that if you consider K's past as the Driver it makes a lot of sense (other than the Sci-Fi part)

Well yes, because the very over-rated Drive is a much lesser film than the original Blade Runner. That would make the sequel stand out even more than it does. But really, there is no making 2049 “much better.” It’s bordering on perfection already.
