I just noticed today this set got a re-release and i'm thinking about grabbing it for my collection. Is there any difference in content from the 1st version since this set has 6 disc's and the 1st had 7?

If I were you I would wait for comic con which is starting on July 23. I believe the past comic con is where they announced BTAS and Batman Beyond were heading to blu ray. With this being the 25th anniversary of STAS, I am hoping they will announce it's going to blu ray then.

They fixed the green screen error does this show or any other show in the dcau have any other video or sound issues?

I watched this series when I was 11. Nice to have this on bluray, because the dvds complete boxset are cheap.

Counting on this bad. I just got Batman TAS on Blu for $70. Batman Beyond is next. I’m not going to restart my Bruce Timm marathon until Super gets a Blu release.

I didn’t realize it’s already in HD on HBO Max. Is that just an upscaled SD to HD finish version or was it genuinely remastered?

I watched a bit of the HBO remax does not seem to be the same quality of remaster that Batman TAS got.I hope by the time they do a Blu-Ray there is a proper remaster completed because this just looks like an SD Upscale.

I had made a post about hoping to hear news about STAS going to blu ray at this years comic con, well I didn't know this but DC is not attending the event. DC will be having another Fandome like last years, it will be on Oct.16, so I hope they might make an announcement about STAS going to blu ray then.

I'm not getting my hopes up but it would certainly make sense now that Batman: TAS and Batman: Beyond received such nice releases. I'd love to see Superman: TAS get the same treatment.

I hope they don’t do a big box sleeves packaging release then later a regular packaging edition.

Of course, I wanted to buy all three of them together, and now BTAS and BB don’t have digital codes anymore because WB hates me.

I've seen the BTAS set at some Walmarts recently and they included the digital codes.

It would be great if they gave Superman the same treatment they gave BTAS, but even if they just put the upscaled episodes from HBOMax on discs that will still be better than the flipper discs we've always had.

Hopefully with this finally out we can get The Batman on Blu next year.

Not sure what you have watched but the remaster is on par with BTAS. Maybe you forgot that this was more digital, it does have some unsharp scenes, just like season 4 of BTAS (aka "The New Batman Adventures") which was affected by the same change in production.
