They should have had featurette of the stuntmen moaning that Van Damme didn't hold back when fighting, they could call it Eye to Eye

I’m interested in getting this but not sure if I want to pay over the odds if it isn’t going to be any better if a transfer than the mgm copy I have.

We have taken the best 4k master scan we could find, it is not fresh.

Looks like a very good master based on those caps. I've only watched the MGM disc once but that looked very good to me... and this looks comparable but with actual extras added.

I'd say it's the US MGM disc. Exactly the same running time and the same shrimpy audio bitrate of under 1 Mbps. Could have saved the purchase.

Shout's remaster was kinda polarising, so I'm not surprised if 88 Films deliberately (?) used the older MGM master. My copy arrived today and I did notice on the back that it simply described it as a HD transfer in the original aspect ratio - no mention of any Ks.
