I don't like any of the live action Spider-Man movies, but I enjoyed all of the Iron Man trilogy and MCU appearances.

I'd say Spider-Man.

Spider-Man 2 would get a slight edge over the first Iron Man. I do like Iron Man 3 , but it's not quite at the same level as the first two Spider-Man movies.

And Spider-Man 3, while flawed, is still much better than Iron Man 2 imo

(but I would put the Iron Man movies above the Amazing movies)
