I'll wait to see if it's not forced subtitles and if the on screen titles are in French or original.
The box also looks cool but very unrelated to the show, and of course, would have preferred the original title on it but I guess you can't have them all.

Is this really region free? Might be the first region free copy?

It makes me sad that I can't have The A-Team on Blu-Ray. It baffles me that the US was given The Rockford Files on Blu-Ray, instead of The A-Team.

Ordered the Box set from Amazon US through a link provided by a YouTuber. Supposedly this is hard to find. My card was charged despite having a Delivery window of January 31-Feb. 25, which means it'll take about 2 months to arrive Anyway, I decided not to wait for a US release. This is region-free and it has a nice booklet with lots of photos so it was a no-brainer.

Good review of the French boxset and comparison to the UK boxset.

Is this out of print already? Amazon fr has it only sold by a third party. Makes me wonder if I should get Knight Rider in case I want that the German set that will come out.

My copy of the French set arrived yesterday and I watched part of the Pilot episode to gauge the picture quality and I am very impressed. Very nice restoration (I assume the restoration was undertaken by Universal Studios and not Elephant Films). Paid a pretty penny to import this but I think it is well worth it. And the booklet, with it's numerous photos, was a nice touch. What I'm not a big fan of is the quality of the box itself (too flimsy) and the "fat pack" style of packaging. Two discs had fallen out of the hubs and were floating around in the case (not good). Discs easily become detached and fall out with this type of case. The artwork is also nothing pretty but that's the least of my concerns - I'm just glad to finally be able to dispose of my DVD sets and have this terrific series in great HD quality.

I bought the UK set five years ago. Picture quality is overall excellent.

Are the episodes here complete with original music and uncut or are they still edited?
