Live-action, color films only. Superman has to appear in the movie as Superman for it to count. He also has to confront the villain in the movie by himself or with his own trainees, not just be part of a superhero team effort against the villain. And if Superman is the antagonist in the story, the person he fights does not qualify as a villain.
