Most Blofeld actors have been good, it is more about the screen time that they get. I have gone with Telly Savalas who got a relatively extended role in OHMSS.

Donald Pleasance's Blofeld is almost the archetypal fun, campy Bond villain, but I went with Telly Savalas...a Blofeld who properly gets into the action.
