Just watched a DVD-R of this, so good. I would love a Blu-ray. Not sure if anyone has the rights or its public domain now but it was made by Gaumont-British Film Company. I think some of Hitchcocks early stuff was also made by them. Starring Claude Rains in a starring role with Fay Wray.

It also went by the title The Evil Mind but I believe it was a shortened version.

It sounds like Studio Canal or ITV Studios would own the rights to this.

Might be up Network Distributing's street.
