Spielberg's film, although I love the 1961 original.

We know what will win the poll but I think the 1961 film is literally better in every cinematic department - music, orchestration, script, direction, choreography, editing etc.

Spielberg's film is still fresh and over hyped so of course it'll win. It'll be more interesting to check this maybe a year from now.

Inexcusable brownface aside, the original still kicks ass, though Spielberg's has merit.
