Are there any shows with audio description? - Blu-ray Forum

My brother is visually impaired, practically blind, and he doesnt watch movies or tv shows anymore because without the aid of vision he finds them boring, particularly shows where theres a lot of action.

I know there are movies with audio description, although most of them are pretty modern, the classics rarely have AD, but are there any tv shows with audio description? I'm especially looking for something I can buy in physical media, and not something I have to stream

I can sort of help you as I have a friend who is blind who had the same problem.
Bad news a lot of discs (tv shows) that I own do not have AD so if he is looking to just buy discs he may not find many.
that only leaves downloading and streaming services, my friend uses the website https://www.blindmicemegamall.com and with a small donation you gain access to their tv and movies with AD

My friend has just recently became an amazon prime member so he now has access to all their shows and from what he has told me there are a large number of tv shows available with ad.
