how do you make custom cover art? - Blu-ray Forum

i've seen the custom cover art thread and those guys have done a great job - i'd like to join in and do some of my own

what software do i need? how do they do it? and finally - what's the best option for printing - home or going elsewhere (specs would be nice about how to print as well)
