And about the Titans guy. I enjoyed the trailer but my only worry is that this Reacher will talk too much, because the most written sentence in the books is: Reacher said nothing.
LOL! "Reacher said nothing". Right. Something I enjoy in the books is when Reacher's thoughts are spelled out, usually having to do with something that looks "off" and he puts his powers of observation to work. I hope they can convey some of that stuff.

That looks B grade but i'll give it a shot. He may look the part, but I read Killing Floor very recently and am having trouble reconciling the Jack Reacher of the book with the doofus from that trailer.

The trailer looks okay, I'll give it a shot. I enjoyed the Tom Cruise movies even though he was smaller than Reacher was in the books. The only thing I've really seen Alan Ritchson in is Blue Mountain State and he was stuffing oreos up his ass in that show. Doesn't really help me gage how good he'll be as Reacher.

I haven't read any of the books, but I enjoyed the first Tom Cruise movie. I've only seen Alan Ritchson in Smallville, and his mo-cap role as Raphael in the Michel Bay Ninja Turtles films...but that fight scene makes me believe he can still play a badass when needed.

I'm almost having a hard time taking Alan Ritchson seriously when the only thing I know him from is his hilarious character Thad Castle in Blue Mountain State.

If you had read the first book in the Reacher series - Killing Floor - that prison bathroom fight scene is literally what you would have read.

Lee Child is being very smart this time around. One book per season. That way nothing is rushed or skipped over. If it's in the book - it will be on your TV.

This is actually looking a lot better than it has any business being.

I haven't seen a lot of Alan Ritchson outside of Blue Mountain State and a few episodes of Titans, but I'm looking forward to this series. I love the Reacher books and can't wait to see how this turns out.

Au contraire. Ther are millions of Jack Reacher fans. The only real complaint about the TC movies was the total difference between the physical make up of Jack Reacher in the novels and TC. He's 6' 5" 250 lbs. Short dirty blonde hair. Alan Ritchson literally is Jack Reacher as Lee Child invented him.

He's an ex- military policeman, celebrated investigator, a former major, who has spent his entire life from birth, circling the globe with his military family as they go from military base to military base. His creed as taught to him by his mother . . . never start a fight, but if you have to fight - never lose.

Killing Floor is Jack Reacher's start as a civilian. He has just left the Army and because he never really spent any time in the US, he wants to explore all the different cities and attractions.

This drops in a few days. Does anyone know if its going to be one week at a time or dropping everything at once? I'm hoping that we'll get it all at once.

I think Amazon usually drops the first three on day one and it’s weekly after that.
