Futurama coming back!! - Blu-ray Forum

Look for official word in the very near future. Though animation has a big lead time, I would guess on some kind of “Futurama” presence at Comic Con next month.

This certainly came out of left field. I was surprised it was canceled in the first place. The direct-to-video movies must have done well.

After the movies this is what they saw...

Definitely good news though. The movies started to fall off in quality so I hope they can step it back up to the level of the original 4 seasons. And Thanks Comedy Central!

Futurama is one of th best cartoon comedies ever. The other day I saw an episode that I had seen a dozen time before and I still cracked up at most of the jokes.

Umm... the series announced a come back a couple years ago and they said it would take a few years to get it going.

Thank You Comedy Central, Futurama is my favourite show of all time. I have lost count how many times I have seen all the episodes and I'm totally stoked to see it get another shot

I love Futurama, but I don't consider this good news.

The movies were a major step downhill for this franchise, and chances are any new episodes are just going to continue in that direction. Maybe they'll prove me wrong, but I'm not getting optimistic just yet.
