Warner Home Video has announced that they will bring 'Ghost Ship', 'Contact', and 'Number 23' to Blu-ray on October 16th. Technical specs have not been announced at this time, though you can expect to see 1080p VC-1 video accompanied by a Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.

Number 23 was one of the worst things ever created by mankind. A fantastic cinematic disaster. We could have dropped this on Nagasaki instead of the A-Bomb and it would have produced similar results.

Hmm. I liked it. Not LOVED it, mind you. But liked it.

The number 23, was like a horrific sin city wanabe, the crazy lady in the apt was the best part and that was it. Ghost ship, the first time around was great in my opinion, great twist and finish, I think with the hd content you can enjoy the environment the characters are in more. contact is a waste.

haven't seen NUMBER 23

but I'm really looking forward to CONTACT-- hope they release a nice
transfer--

GHOST SHIP was not great but still entertaining and I'll buy that as well!

Contact, originally written by the late Carl Sagan, is one of my most favorite films of all time.

I may buy it at the release price, which is pretty rare for me at this point.

Yes - finally - Contact!

I still have the original Warner snapper - backed it up on my PC years ago in case the disc got rotten. Couldn't do without that movie and can't wait to see it on Blu!

Good is relative.
It's good fun, but nothing extraordinarily good. It's a horror movie that is decent though.
