Mystery sign maker literally stops traffic.

Good for whoever did that!

I'm 3 houses off a "main drag" in a new development. Normally, there's hardly any traffic and it serves no purpose as a thoroughfair, however we do see the odd car going 80-90 kms in a 50.

tbh i think he/she was in the right if this was becoming an annoyance for residents & putting kids in danger with all the cars short cutting
