I've been re-watching the American Pie movies from so many years ago. I'm on the third one. Were there any spin-offs or additional movies after the 3rd one?

American Reunion is the official sequel, and there were many DTV spin offs which weren't really good.

I was super disappointed Reunion tanked at the theaters because it deserved to be a hit, it was an extremely funny and well made movie.

I think they need to revisit this series in todays world. Scream 4 was seen as just okay, but the new Scream came and was a hit and spawned another one.

I think the world is ready for a new American Pie Movie... but one of the original series, not the direct to vid ones. I got about 5 minutes into Girl's Rule and shut it off, it was THAT bad

I've enjoyed all of these except Girls Rules which I haven't seen. I love the main series and think the spin offs are worth it for fans of the main series.

If they did a 5th movie in the main line it will more then likely be called "American Divorce".

I think I had read the concept for the next would've been American Vacation.

Alternatively, they could do:
American Pie: The Next Generation
Son of American Pie

Jim can now be the Eugene Levi father figure.

As far as the DTV spinoffs go, 'The Book of Love' feels the most like a remake/reboot of the original American Pie. I like it.

I get that but Jims dad and Stiflers mom could provide some great comic relief in a advice role to both Jim and his kid, hell even a mini Stifler lol. Could you imagine the banter between Stifler and Jim over Noah banging the MILF. Or even the fact that Fitz banged her multiple times. Shit just writes itself lol

Jim's Dad and Stifler's Mom already hooked up though, and the movie came out like 10 years ago? Their relationship or fling would be old hat by now. That was a genius stroke with Reunion though, getting those two together. Poor Jim's Mom never got much of a look in with the franchise though and then they killed her off.

The next film... Nadia has now moved on from being married to a Jim look-alike to the next best thing... Jim's Dad. Nadia is now Jim's step-mom.
