Outer box looks like it is rounded out on the sides so most likely a metal case.

It should be the same as the metal cases for the Mad Max and Monsterverse 4 steelbook sets. All 3 sets are Warner Brothers releases.

WB has only done metal cases, so I thinks that’s safe to assume first.

Just saw the price of this, though. I’ll wait and see if it lasts long enough for a sale.

Agreed $136 is a bit absurd for US pricing models. That's the issue with Zavvi they use GBP and just convert it to USD but that is not an accurate way to price things for US buyers.

The 4 movie metal box set for Batman was $90 for example, rambo 5 movie set was $95, and both ended up with further reductions. That's a 50% price increase.

I would've gotten this without a second of hesitation if it wasn't for the 4th garbage film.

It just ruins the whole franchise and sticks like a sore thumb. Even something as small as the title font ruins the pattern if looked in profile.

Shame, because this boxset looks quite nice.

i got on to them and said i want to return my Ressurrections steelbook as had i known this was coming i wouldnt have ordered it, they were fine and said i can return when it arrives

the price is way too high for these, especially since I already own the first 3 on 4k

I am also short on space and these metal box sets take up way too much room on the shelf

I personally love these Steelbook sets that are housed in the Metal shell. They've become my favorite type of "Complete Collection" packaging. Even ones housed in cardboard give me a chance to have both my need for Complete sets and Steelbooks met. I've been grappling with the idea of severely shrinking down my physical media Collection, and sets like these will be the type of things worth holding onto.

If this was available on Amazon or Best Buy I might bite. I just can't handle the stress of will it make it to me or will it get lost in the mail again. Zavvi is just too much of a crapshoot these days. Waiting for The Monsterverse set and the Mad Max was just too stressful. Plus I'm broke. LOL
