I haven't seen CODA yet, but come on now, it's clearly the better movie. I'm a Snyder fan, but thought Army was rather weak. It's clear that Snyder die hards + those who like to troll these type of internet votes used their social media know-how to game the system, which is essentially what always happens with these social media votes.

CODA is mediocre, but at least it's not inept.

I’m not huge on CODA but Army of the Dead is an absolutely embarrassing victory. The fact it won does indicate how little general audiences care about the awards anymore.

What bugs me is that they voted for this and not Justice League? I thought that was a flat out better film.

I believe ZSJL wasn’t eligible due to it being an alternate cut of a pre-existing movie. Which is what makes this all the more embarrassing.

Yet CODA and Power of the Dog won actually awards. Let alone the other two eligible films in close consideration was Amazon’s Cinderella movie and a Redbox Johnny Depp movie.

Also where are the actual statues for the two films? Or Snyder’s awards speech?

EDIT: Heck, I forgot Army of the Dead was a Netflix movie as well.

Cinderella should have won.

I haven't seen Coda, but it's not going to be better than even the opening titles for Army of the Dead.

Army of the dead played in theatres for a week.

I saw it in theatres. I agree that the justice league was a better film of the two.

General audiences didn't vote for it, only unhinged Snyder fantrolls.

WB fanboys are going to have a devastating nervous breakdown over this post (much like will smith) and are going to come crawling out of the woodworks to viciously attack you. Beware!

Dude, having a root canal done with nothing given beforehand is better than sitting through a long-ass Snyder film.
