not a fan of the movie *hides* but ill pick up a few SB's cuz i figure a ton of ppl will want it

but futureshop probably realizes that too and ordered a tonne themselves

Bestbuy Canadas site has a placeholder for the release and its $37.88 and they're not a steelbook

but will probably include a toy or something like usual

Duh! I was going solely by the details in the first post on page 1 where it says "Director's Cut: N" (for no, I guess).

Okay, first time Steelbook and FutureShop customer. I set up an account with them that includes my US address. When I place Watchmen in my cart, I select Ship rather than Pick-Up. I am then prompted to enter in my shipping address yet again, but it doesn't seem to allow for US addresses this time, only Canadian ones. What am I doing wrong?

Isn't there a version of the BD coming with the 2 part downloadable PS3 game? If this one without it is $40+ how much for the one with game included be?!

Their website clearly states that they don't ship outside of Canada.

Does futureshop.ca offer international shipping?
We are unable to ship orders outside of Canada. But we do accept most credit cards issued in Canada and the United States for payment.

Sure, it clearly states it in their FAQ if you go looking for it, but there's no mention at all on the product page itself. Like I said, first-time FutureShop/Steelbook customer. Thanks for the information. Strange that I was allowed to set up an account with a US address in the first place.

Don't get fooled by this. Future Shop had a bug in their ordering system that allowed you to enter your account info even with your US address.

In the past, if you placed the order and left it with the US address in the system, you'd get an e-mail from Future Shop cancellling that order at some point.

And that is pretty stupid....

What's even better - when I tried to order a couple copies of TDK steelbook in the past and send to a friend in Canada, that got cancelled as well...

We ordered 50 TDK's and they did ship them however because the billing address didnt match I had to call and verify the info. Very painless procedure and they did ship them to the Canadian resident and he forwarded the boxes.
Oh well for the most part Futureshop is a very good retailer and the product arrived unscathed
