Backlighting your blu-ray movie display - Blu-ray Forum

Got this idea yesterday when I used a flashlight to see how it travels through the blu-ray case.

Here is the scenario. A long florescent light(s) under a shelf make of clear lucite or glass. The cases sit on top. When the light is on, all the cases glow in blu.

How cool would that be?

Great marketing for seeing blu-ray in the stores. Will attract people like bugs to a bug lamp.

but some people prefer red over blue but that would still be pretty awesome
