You know the Vinegar Syndrome release will be sexier, DW. It's also much less likely to need a replacement disc down the road.

I was talking about this with a friend not long ago. It seems that, since Amazon is basically world-wide, it'd make sense for them to license their MGM titles in as much territory as they can to maximize profits. I'd say it's highly likely that we'll see a bunch of MGM titles popping up at various UK labels / studios soon enough.

Come to think of it, 88 Films are still pumping out MGM titles. And then there's Arrow's UHD of RoboCop, but I would've imagined they'd acquired the UHD rights at the same time as the BD ones. Still not nothing on the amount of MGM titles hitting UHD in the States.

Long shot, but this may be our best chance to see the deleted scenes from the workprint be remastered to at least be watchable after all this time.
