Does it matter when someone affects your health for years? U have all these questions and no answers. Some of the stuff can't be answered unless one talks directly to someone even if the person in question is God or spirit or whatever.

That depends. is the person in question someone very important in your life? Or are they really not that big a deal. For example, I have someone very important in my life who has wrecked my mental health on a number of occasions and in general, affects my mood/attitude. However, I also understand they are not doing any of it intentionally and to be spiteful or mean. They are very messed up inside with their own mental health issues and so I know what they are doing to me is not entirely on them. They are not the person I knew 22 years ago. It's sad really and breaks my heart.

It is easier said than done but you shouldn't let yourself fall into a bad mental state over a girl or another person. I've been there and done that and it took me years to deal with it. Years to cut this girl out of my life and realize that she and the relationship were unbelievably toxic and unhealthy. Years to realize and accept that certain things weren't my fault and that there's nothing wrong with me. I needed to accept that there will always be things that I cannot change.
It's one of those things where there will always be side effects of what the person/relationship did to you, but again, you need to accept things that you cannot change. For me personally it destroyed all of what little self confidence I had in myself. I still deal with that to this day but I don't let it hold me back quite as much. |

If somebody is in a relationship that is negatively affecting their mental health, you need to end that relationship or seek counselling to see if the relationship can be salvaged.

You've been broken up for six years, you're still a virgin, and you don't talk to her anymore. That means it's over. You need to move on and leave her alone. No more tattooing her on your body. Someone else is out there for you, but you need to focus on you and let her go and do some healing.

Get out now. It’s been six years and she still has a grip of death on you. Maybe even seek counseling to help you get past that nightmare of a person. Don’t let it destroy you because it already is.
