Based on the extensive Mr. Big ruse that brought a notorious Australian kidnapper to justice, this eerie, understated thriller draws the audience into the same deception used to ensnare the culprit, focusing on psychology more than procedure in its entrancing account of a most unusual criminal investigation. The case echoes Denis Villeneuve’s “Prisoners” at times, minus the twisted genre-movie payoff, which will limit commercial prospects beyond Oz shores.

Joel is one of my favourite actors working in Hollywood right now. He really embodies brooding and mysterious characters like now other.

Not at all. If the cast and trailer gets your fancy, give it a watch. It doesn't delve too much in the ins and outs of the process too much.

This is a really good time if your looking for a slow burn thriller (which kinda mirrors the Mr Big
Process).

I'm firmiliar with the technique and kinda used it myself over the course of 6 weeks to get an employee to admit to sexual harrassment on a female colleague who didnt want to go to the police or didnt want to tell management. Not necessarily for any disciplinary procedure, but I needed to know somethings for myself before I took things to the next level with him. I got him to say things like "I don't care if it makes her confomfortable in still going to do it" in terms od asking her sexual questions repeatedly among other stuff.

It's amazing what people will admit to you when they think you are on their side.

This movie blew my mind.

One of the best Australian films I have ever seen as well as one of the best crime thrillers ever made.

I cannot recommend this enough.

I’m praying for a physical release.
