There was another topic about it that explained but oddly the latest posts about it have disappeared and the latest post is from several days ago. It did say it was about a group of lost kids trying to find their way home. Jude Law’s role is unknown at this time.

The description they gave was, “The show takes place during the post–’Return of the Jedi’ reconstruction that follows the fall of the Empire, the same as ‘The Mandalorian,’ but its plot remains a secret. It’s created and executive-produced by director Jon Watts and writer Chris Ford, who made ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ for Marvel. A casting notice has called for four children, around 11 to 12 years old. Inside Lucasfilm, the show is being described as a galactic version of classic Amblin coming-of-age adventure films of the ’80s.”

It's supposedly about a group of ten year olds surviving in the Galaxy, but it's specifically marketed not as a kids' show.

As much as I'm psyched about Obi-Wan and I'm going to watch Andor, those are limited series while this has the potential to be ongoing.

Andor is going to be 3 seasons long. 12 episodes each season.

Nope, two 12-episode seasons actually. They confirmed that in today's Celeberation. And rather than "seasons", they're calling them "parts" instead. The first part will take place five years before Rogue one, while the second one will be right before the film.
