Assuming I like the movie (I have tix for Tuesday, and am aware of the rave reviews), I will probably get a Maverick UHD Steel to go alongside my UHD Steel of the OG movie. So I will keep an eye on this, and the Walmart-exclusive Steelbook, to see which I prefer.

Well shit I just pre-ordered this from WM.com and had to add something else to make it over 35. Now best buy is adding this bs shipping because it's 34.99..

I just might wait until there is a B2G1 free deal with Target then cancel my WM steelbook...

I just order 2 of the same Steelbook to get free shipping, and that way the odds of receiving it on time and in good shape are higher. Then I just return the duplicate for a refund at my local store.

I do the same a lot of times.

How does ordering 2 increase the odds of getting it/them on time though?

I sometimes have a copy arrive early, late, and right on release day. Last week I had my 3 (I was nervous) copies of the Batman 4K steelbook arrive Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I don't like to leave it to chance anymore.

Weird. So BB split up the order and sent them separately?

When I order 2, they usually always ship them together (I receive them the same day).

Placed an order. Have the regular 4K for the first so will have to buy the steelbook for that to at least be consistent.

Seriously, though -- saw this last night in IMAX in a packed theater and it was AWESOME. Everything I could have hoped for from a 36-year-late sequel to the 80s-est movie ever made.
