Default Wouldn't 24 make a better impression than Prison Break?

Prison Break is Announced to be the first TV Blu-ray release by Fox.

Wouldn't 24 season 1 be a better thing to release first?

Hell, even a season 6 day-and-date release! (even if the season was mediocre)

I don't think Fox would put 24 out until BD+ is working solidly.

They will probably save 24 until more people have players, just like the biggest movies.

I agree though, I would rather see 24.

I don't care for Prison Break; I'm not picking it up. I would preorder 24 in heartbeat.

So to answer your question, yes I think 24 would have made a better impression than Prison Break.

I was hoping that season 6 of 24 would be announced day and date with the dvd box set in the press release, but that was released by Fox today with only DVD announced with some rather patriotic artwork!

Diserves to be on Blu man!

Althought Seasons 4 and 6 were my least favourtie, I would order all 6 seasons of 24 in a heartbeat.

My favourite seasons were in order:

3 - last 6 hours and ten minutes most amazing 6+ hours of television ever

Same here. I got spoiled when I finally upgraded to FIOS HD TV service. 24 in 1080i looks awesome, and it's dd5.1.

24 they're probably saving for next year, especially for getting the prices down. Knowing Fox they'll be right up there at the $129-149 range for it, and that simply isn't going to fly.

The most i'd go to for any season of any show is £45 ($90), no more! Thank goodness I don't like Lost enough to buy it!

As for Smallville (favourite show), that's the kinda price a tv Blu set should be!

I'd rather Prison Break, I'm a huge fan of the show. Unfortunately I bought the first season on DVD already a long time ago. Hopefully the 2nd season comes out on BD, I'll buy that for sure!
