Looks interesting. But will not import if Full Moon Features skip subtitles, which they invariably do on their standard BD releases.

The original Blu-ray is still in print, it's available at Amazon and from Full Moon themselves:

As long as FM can do a great transfer i am in. I wasn't happy with the puppet master remaster. it was DNR'd and legit showed cigarette burns.

If they knock it out of the park lets go with Puppet master and Subspecies next!

I love this movie, but I am remaining noncommital until reviews come in. Full Moon is not known for their commitment to quality.

Exactly! I'm sure you can outsource the OCN and have a team do the work and Band can supervise. Have a team effort and the release will be a knockout!

Full Moon's blu-ray's suck, when it comes to audio and encoding. So I don't have any hopes for how they will handle UHD.
I wouldn't be surprised, if they used an upscaled transfer, with DNR, and lossy audio.
And then they re-release the movie in 2 years, with a true 4K transfer, but still with a shitty encode etc. etc.

Prove me wrong, Mr Band.
