Duke Nukem hasn't been a relevant character since the early 2000's. What an odd choice. I have to imagine it's not going to be played straight, but rather as a "Duke Nukem in the modern world" parody type thing.

If this is to be a faithful adaptation, it won’t come out for another 12 years, get entirely scrapped and remade three times over, cause multiple bankruptcy, be to a barely watchable standard and be welcomed with a shrug by the overwhelming majority of people.

Started replaying Duke Nukem 3D. Still one of the best games I've ever played. They should base the movie on this game. There's nothing like throwing a few grenades on a subway car and watching them blow up pigs on closed circuit tv....sheer bliss.
