I have placed several orders with WBshop and I have noticed that they wait until the day after street date to ship.
Since they are Warner Bros. wouldn't you think they could ship before street date so it would arrive on street date much like Amazon? Only other problem is that on an order in which I requested 2 copies, they only shipped one. This can happen with any vendor, but WB shop shipped the day after I requested my second copy be shipped. To add insult to injury, they shipped just regular UPS Ground on the replacement instead of next day air or even Priority Mail. When I complained to customer service, they said I should have requested second day delivery. (They didn't say whether I would be charged.) Anyone else have any problems with WBshop? |

I know they revamped there website and run it a little different, but have always shipped there product after street date unfortunately. They did do right by me this time, and I did placeanother pre-order with them so I will stick around until they either stop there sales or screw up more than there sales are worth. Hope that helps. |

WB is hit or miss on shipping. Sometimes you get your release after the release day, sometimes before. I got band of brothers a full month before release date and many other titles a week early. Overall they do a decent job but not consistent by any means. I normally only buy from them when you can stack codes and have a b2g1 type of thing. Stick with frys down the road from me for a sure bet!

I just ordered a Catwoman statue from them, first time buying from WBSHOP, and I will never again. They charged my card, days passed and they sent a msg saying they canceled the order due to not having enough stock. I guess they filled everyone else's orders before mine. Now i have to make sure they properly refund my card, which they shouldn't have charged to begin with. What a horrible company to order anything from. No company should charge a card long before shipping and before being able to confirm something is in stock. Just skip them, they're overpriced anyway.
