Ugh, seriously mixed emotions here. As a diehard Blazer fan, I despise the Lakers.

The NBA 2K series is the absolute best basketball sim though, so this will be added to the collection. I bought 2K7 & 8 on PS3, passing on 2K9 (too many games, too little time), so 2K10 is a must buy for me. I've been playing 2K8 constantly over the last two weeks.

It just makes plain sense to put the winning team's superstar on the cover.

Not LeBron James even if he's more likable.

as a celtics fan i can't in clear conscience buy anything that has a laker on it. although i'm sure the game will be very good. the last basketball game I bought was NBA Live 2005 on the PS2. i believe Carmello as the cover player on that one.

Always wondered why Steve Nash was never in a cover of a basketball game?

If I can remember, he does own back to back season mvps. Do they not think a White man can endorse a game?
