Dark Knight Sequel thoughts - Blu-ray Forum

In my own opinion dark knight is one of the best films i've seen and heath ledger definitely stole the show in that movie as the joker. Sad he is no longer with us and that brings me to my question, when they do the next movie and they decide to have the joker in it who do you think would be a great replacment for ledger that could do at least half as good as ledger did as the joker. Just thoughts from all

I dont think Nolan's next batman film will have the Joker in it at all. It may mention something about him being locked up in Arkham, but I think its on to the next villain.

To answer your question, if their gonna go with the joker again i think this guy could do a good job but he'll have some big shoes to fill and he will be staring in Inception with Christopher Nolan directing so maybe we have something there and also he looks a bit like Heath Ledger idk if thats a positive or a negative with anyone around here though.

The Joker won't be back. Nolan wouldn't disrespect Ledger's performance like that. It's time to move on to new villains anyway. You can bet on that Nolan will be back for the third installment of this reboot.

there is no way no how that Nolan would recast someone else as the joker for the next film imo
i can't see it happening under any circumstance

he'll move on to another villain
