There is no USA release from Titans of Cult

Amazon USA is a Import listing and clearly mentions this in product details

This also why it has a high price

Third Party import pre order listings on Amazon USA often happen by mistake and list as a pre order with Amazon as the seller
This also happens sometimes on Amazon UK with pre order listings of Zavvi or HMV exclusives
After release date as when in stock you will see a Third Party seller listed instead

I wasn't confused at all. Just bemoaning the price difference. (And domestic exchanges or returns are generally much less of a hassle.)

My interpretation was that the steelbook fits inside of the ice block case, but the picture here looks like the steelbook case is taller?

Every release so far has the steelbook inside the case, it's just the perspective of the items in the picture.
