So you're allowed to adapt the original novels, but you're not permitted to use the name Tarzan.

Yep, I really enjoyed it too. But when you spend $180m on a Tarzan film, you're probably asking for trouble.

I grew up watching Tarzan films in the 80’s on the BBC. Mostly Weissmuller and Cheetah films I believe.
