GF and I invited 3 friends (a family) over (2 in their middle 60's, 1 early 20ish (their grandson) to watch a 3D movie. None had ever watched one on a tv. Gave them...maybe 10 choices hoping they would pick Tangled as it's my belief this movie showcases 3D better than any other. But after wasting plenty of time narrowing it down to between Gemini Man and Aladin (it was getting late) they picked Aladin.

After it was over they all thought the experience was awesome. Ended up being very impressed, all surprised how well the 3D worked. And I bet if 3D tv's were still made they would be getting one. Planning to come back next week to see another....

Good stuff. I find people always enjoy 3D when they watch it on somebody's TV but casual watchers are just so apathetic when it comes to going out and actually getting the tech themselves.
