They just don't have helpful employees. I would never ask an employee there for advice on what I should buy or what I need. They push unnecessary products and services on you. As long as you go in knowing what you need / want then you should be fine, though they do over price in some instances. That's ok though since it is convenient if you need something ASAP. Otherwise you can find better deals online.

BB employees can be very helpful if you know how to use them.

When I need to return something I'll stand in the Blu section. When Johnny Bluepolo asks if I need assistance, I say that I do if he is willing to help. I'll have him stand in the painfully slow customer service/Geek squad line for me until my place comes up. It would be very helpful if he wasted 15 minutes being "next" in line while I look through their Blus and sale prices.
