Good, I need to get another copy, the one I have is perfect but has a pin size paint chip in the front panel and my OCD prevents me from looking at it without getting a tearful eye! Am sure 3 is coming soon however 4 is in the air @ Lionsgate.

I'd buy this if I didn't buy the 3 movie collection blu-ray already. No reason now since I have both blu-ray and 4k discs even though they are not in the same case.

Any word if the UK will get a reprint? The UK one had a matte finish that I think looked better than the US glossy version.

Wish they had gone with a new artwork, but nice reprint for those interested. Bring on Scream 3.

It's definitely coming. I'd bet close to Scream VI or around October for Halloween. I'll be happy to then get rid of the horrible "trilogy" blu-ray pack.

It’s nice Paramount is including the blu ray disc this time in the steelbook instead of 4K only. Not everyone in the whole country has a 4K tv yet, I guess they’re realizing that now.

Sometimes you need to give folks a push. 4K TVs are the future, I do think it's best to include both though.

I just bought a 4K TV a couple of weeks ago. Just trying it out. I don't know if I will keep it. But even with the 4K TV I can't play the 4K disc. I don't have a 4K player.

I've been slowly stacking up my UHD collection (since they are most often bundled with a standard blu ray). Still have yet to buy a 4K TV or blu ray player. That's what my tax return is going towards.

But at this point, why even buy a standard blu-ray anymore? Just feels like buying DVD copies once blu-ray was introduced.

Some 4K UHD release require Blu-ray disc to be included as extras are on a Blu-ray disc and not the UHD disc

Some labels include the extras on 4K UHD but not all do this
Also some UHD discs that do have extras is not the exact same content that's on the Blu-ray

Some homes have multiple TV's and multiple Blu-ray players but not all are 4K UHD so Blu-ray disc still needed

Some homes that have a 4K TV but not all have 4K UHD player but do have a Blu-ray Player
Most 4K Viewing is done using streaming from Tv's bulit in apps or from likes of 4K streaming devices connected to a TV so lot not purchased a 4K UHD player or 4K UHD discs for this reason
This is why market share for UHD discs is tiny compared to DVD and Blu-ray

This release though has same extras on both discs

Tbh they'd be total idiots not to release 3 AND 4 right before 6 seeing as Kirby is back. Although I can totally see them releasing 3 before and then 4 with 6.

Scream 4 is the only Scream film that has a 2K master, so I wonder if they'd somehow go back and try to re-do it (unlikely) or if it will just be an upscale.

As for this re-print, I'm glad people get to have a chance at getting it again. Personally, I sold off my original Scream 4K steelbook because I couldn't bring myself to buy Scream 5 on steelbook (even though I loved the artwork for Scream 2 and considered getting that), and in the end that was a good choice I think considering they did a re-print.

Yeah, I didn't think they'd so a Scream 4 4K because of that. Grabbed the Blu-ray for that knowing they probably won't.

Nice! For a long while now, I've been saying how much I want this to get a reprint as I missed out on the first release and have regretted it ever since.

Very happy to see this coming out right in time for Scream 6.
