No specific PQ details have been released, and we'll likely not know until the box releases in April
Also, 525i? NTSC is 480i

Dude in the wikipedia article you linked it literally says

with 480 lines carrying the visible image at 30 interlaced frames per second

The actual resolution is 480i, and the resolution of a capture would be 720x480 (720×486 according to digibeta specs)

No bluray or DVD has a recorded resolution of 525i or 525p

According to the specs it states there are no subtitles in Japanese but there is no mention of other languages besides that. Unless they're going un-advertised it's probly not going to have them unfortunately.

They only ship to Japan. Best to use a forwarding service like zen market. It's a bit tedious as to how it works though
1. Make account
2. Send link and wait for it to get approved
3. deposit money in the account (300 yen is provided to remove the first order fee so grand total of order sans fee which is about 400-ish USD)
4. Profit.
It could take some time for the order to actually be placed. but its usually done within a day (i placed mine early last morning and it submitted around early evening PST).

Always been interested checking this show out. If Discotek, Crunchyroll, or even Viz licensed it and released on DVD (or an SD-BD) I'd buy it.

I recall this being on the 3DS Anime Video Store or whatever it was called, but watching videos on 3DS is a really bad idea.

Finally updating this thread because I got my Blu-ray in
As expected its 1080i averaging 19Mb/s with a max of 40
PCM is stereo 24 bit
The box itself is DVD sized and has a cardboard outer box.
It does look quite nice and it thankfully uses MBAFF interlacing however some of the cg can look a bit meddling especially on closeup shots and i did notice some banding on certain scenes. Still its so nice to have this on Blu-ray finally! I'll get screenshots soon.

Hopefully Nintendo of America will put the dub eps up on YT like Capcom did with the MegaMan battle network anime.
