I didn't know this before but the trailer makes it obvious that Devgan's new film is a remake of the Tamil film Kaithi. Of course, they pump up the herogiri quotient for the Hindi version with the trishul bit. The likeable humility of the main character seems to have gone for a toss. One nice twist here is the genfer-flip with Tabu as the badass cop character. Deepak Dobriyal is chewing tons of scenery, I just hope he makes good money from this. The CG compositing looks super-dodgy here.

Trailer of one of the most anticipated Malayalam films of this year: Aadujeevitham (The Goat Life). It is a cinematic adaptation of the 2008 Malayalam novel of the same name by Benyamin. Based on real-life events of a Malayali immigrant worker enslaved as a goatherd in a Saudi Arabian farm.
