I was wondering if the Dutch FilmWorks Blu-Ray had English subtitles for the Japanese parts of the film, or if it's English subtitles for the entire film?

My understanding is that it has no English subtitles at all. It's also the theatrical cut.

I have it, I can confirm that yes, it does have English subtitles.

Nope, it actually does have the director’s cut and only the director’s cut.
