Is the Italian one going to be a CE? Zavvi won't ship it to the US. Will Diabolik or Orbit carry it?

I got the UK 4K Steelbook edition with all the tat and I’m so glad I did!

Firstly, the film HAS Dolby Vision, on the back on the cover it says HDR10 but when you play the Disc it says Dolby Vision on the playback info

Secondly, I have a Panasonic 820 UHD Player so the Kino Disc was constantly flipping between Dolby Vision and HDR to give that strobe effect, well on this Universal Dolby Vision Disc it doesn’t do that and it looks absolutely gorgeous

Lastly, the sound is the standard 5.1 DTS/HD and it absolutely rocks, I’m sure it’s the same as the one that was on the previous Bluray edition released here in Europe. The LFE channel sounds pretty aggressive and not lite like the Kino one.

I hope this helps to those on the fence about picking this Disc up

This thread OP should not have links to Zavvi
Italy and UK SteelBook releases does not have the same discs contents

Italy SteelBook release is Hard Target 1993 film only on UHD and Blu-ray
Does not include Hard Target 2

Hard Target 2 Blu-ray is exclusive to the UK SteelBook releases

UK has 2 editions both have exclusive on Hard Target 2 been included
1) Collector's Edition (UK Trade wide) Limited to 2000
2) SteelBook only Edition (Zavvi UK Exclusive) limited to 200

UK SteelBook releases is Hard Target (1993) on UHD and Hard Target 2 (2016) on Blu-ray

Collector's edition is a UK Exclusive limited to 2000 trade wide releases in UK (Amazon UK/Zavvi/HMV) and shoud have a separate thread
71PJ5RX8+rL._AC_SL1200_.jpg

Zavvi Exclusive of SteelBook only should also have a separate thread that was limited to 200 and is not the same as Italy release

There should always be separate SteelBook threads for each country release as they not always the same can be different in terms of discs included or finish of SteeBook used

Thanks for the info, I was on the fence a little with the lack of extras but really getting the film itself in the best quality is preferable and I spose its more the kind of thing I'll just be rewatching the film itself.

Watching Wick 4 has put me in enough mood for Scott Atkins to bother with the limited edition as well, helps that the steelbook does look very nice indeed. honestly I'd probably own a good deal more of them if they stuck with original poster artwork more, theres obviously been some good original stuff with a proper effort put into it but too often its been low effort generic art.
