I'm hoping Criterion eventually announces the Before trilogy on 4K. I'm currently holding out on buying the Blu-Ray in hopes they announce it at some point.

Considering that the blu-ray box set is sourced from 2K scans of the interpositives, not the negatives (and the 3rd film is a 2K digital source), its highly doubtful unless its completely re-done again. It would yield nothing of value over the current discs.
