I agree, the first Nun film had great atmosphere and setup, then suffered from way too much mcu-style cheesy over-the-top cgi and overblown fight sequences. Not scary in the least. I still find the first half enjoyable enough to throw it in occasionally. Definitely willing to give Nun 2 a shot. Maybe this will finally prompt those WB catalog slumlords to drop Conjuring 1&2 on 4k uhd….Maybe even a Christmas Conjuring 1,2,3 4k box set? Then again, it’s WB, so…maybe not so much.

The first film hasn't got a 4K release in the UK yet, so I'm hoping they'll release the first on 4K over here.

Day 1 love The Conjuring franchise and Taissa Farmiga. This is getting very good early reactions saying its scarier and better storyline than Nun 1

The Nun in the Conjuring 2 was scary AF and I was so looking forward to The Nun film, but it was a snooze fest.

II looks a lot better. Here’s hoping!

Nice but I don't get why they're holding back releasing the Conjuring I and II on the format. The US artwork is not that great either.

I'm not familiar with putting up/editing the listings here, but I think people should really drop the "Two-disc set" with US Warner 4K releases going forward - there surely won't be a BD included with this one and people might want to pick another release because of that.

I also wish they would reissue the first one in 4K with a new slipcover since I missed the slip the first time around.

Glad the UK is getting the 4K of this one also, i had to import the 4K for the first movie from Germany.

The Conjuring 2 is still the only movie in the whole franchise to not even be 4K on digital.

I've been going through the whole Conjuring Universe(hate that word) and have really enjoyed them all. I just have Conjuring 3 and this film to watch. It's nice to see horror films that actually include characters you care about and even like, that build atmosphere and rely minimally on CGI.

They released Devil Made Me Do It in 4k disc but not first 2!!
