I like and have the season 1 steelbook but this is sort of my same reaction to the season 4 Discovery steelbook. which was a Burnham portrait cover like this with Pike. Just doesn't do for me for a steelbook.I want to wait to see the standard cover for the Blu Ray.If it's the same as the DVD cover which is this...

Ugh, I feel like I'm stuck buying all the NuTrek Steelbooks after getting all of Disco, Picard, the one season of LD, and SNW1, but this artwork is not it.

It should be noted that while the poster comes in both the 4K steelbook and Blu Ray steelbook,only the 4K steelbook is getting the character magnets.

For the US, Man of Steel and Top Gun Maverick have had lenticular magnets. Zavvi UK and Germany have put out hundreds, and they've also come in a lot of the FilmArena FAC line of premium editions.

You can find a bunch of custom magnets on eBay. Some of us bought ones to cover up that horrid Star Wars Empire Strikes Back steel that Zavvi put out

Not that I know of. Some store exclusive slip covers and slip boxes have done something like this. Where there is a hole or see through area that you can switch out various art cards for alternate covers. Off the top of my head, the Rogue One, Star Trek Beyond and The Suicide Squad Target exclusives come to mind.

The Strange New Worlds 4K steelbook is the steelbook equivalent of this idea.
