Her beak and, ah, prominent chin poking out like that wouldn't be my preferred use of strong 3D popout, but it'd be some of the strongest on a Bronze Age big studio film so I'd sure be torn.

Hopefully, the fact that the Dial release will contain both the UHD and BR discs, will mean that we will get releases of the first 4 films with both UHD and BR discs.

You have a nice garage theater setup. It would be perfect for 3D. You should definitely consider it if you're ever upgrading your projector.

I didn't know No 3D, No Buy had a stalker.

That must be a lot of grudge in that person's mind.

Lots of anger and energy without purpose.

Thank you.

We've already done 3D in our garage theater. The old fashioned way.

It was fun, for ONE night. But nobody ever asked for it again. Wearing special glasses to be able to experience 3D is inconvenient and NOT something most people want to do regularly. The masses HAVE spoken and home 3D is most certainly dead.

Sad that this is what most people's experience with 3d is. Let me guess...The Stewardesses DVD?

Anyway, true Blu-ray 3d on a nice 3d projector/tv is way better than anaglyph 3d. Shame most people never got to experience great 3d at home and so the peak fizzled out rapidly to just barely a pulse that has lasted quite some time. It will also likely do so no matter how many ignoramus's declare it dead (they have been for years now).

Building passive 3D projector setups at home requires a certain dedication to 3D that MEB obviously does not share with the rest of us. Providing active 3D glasses to that many people for free is going to get expensive quickly. I don't even have half that many friends that I would let inside my home.

People badly seated, looking up to the screen from below and that black and white tiled ground.

And the blame is the 3D movie... yeah, right.

Not in my home.

As long as our 3D TVs, projectors and headsets live, so does home 3D.

But what is most certainly dead is this thread.
