Previous comments were saying this was an error on best buys part and it's actually a dvd releases. 2018 they had a listing for Hanna-Barbera collection in 4K so this is a common mistake. But, Bill Hunt:

WB unfortunately opted to release every episode ASIDE from the last one. This is effectively only a portion of the 3rd season and it does not include the last double-length episode as aired. Shameful bait and switch, and I'm hopeful Amazon would penalize them for deceiving customers.

The valentine episode will most likely get released with season 4. It was released after season 3 ended so the season 3 Blu-ray is complete.
