Holy Moly! I have the VS blu-ray and was glad to get it at the time, but the new extras including Bobbie Bressie make this a no-brainer double-dip for me.

This work had a compulsory cut made. A cut was required to remove a misleading category symbol. Cut made in accordance with BBFC policy.

?? I really have never seen that before now. A category symbol?

Maybe the print started with a BBFC 18 certificate but I haven't seen many of those since the VHS days.

Probably so, it just seems odd they would even list something like that as a "compulsory cut".

Regardless, Treasured list it as fully uncut from the original negative (like the old VS Blu-ray) – so it's probably much ado about nothing.

It has been confirmed it had an MPAA rating thing on the print hence the CUT to said rating thing.

I think there's a scene where the main actress drops a man from a great height in a shopping mall, and he is bloodily impaled on a spiky structure below.

Shortly afterwards, she goes to the toilet but they are labelled 'men' and 'women' thus excluding trans people from using them and the male category symbol on the toilet entrance offended 1 person in S****horpe, so it got cut.

I'm still amazed that the BBFC would even list that as a "cut" in the first place.

Many blu's released in the UK from major studios have the US MPAA rating card at the end of the films. I suppose it doesn't matter so much at the end!
