Based on the Amazon listing, this adds the half hour Park Chan-wook and Bong Joon Ho Q&A that was paired with the UK cinema reissue. The NYFF talk is on YouTube.

DV and Atmos confirmed doesn’t look like it will come with a slipcover or art cards like UK but it does include 2 discs, region free 4K and region A Bluray

I really want to preorder this but seeing that the German Benedetta remained superior despite being released much earlier I feel like being cautious. On the other hand I really want this 4K.

The US seemingly has both discs as well based on photos uploaded

Blind buy for me so not reading any previous pages to avoid any accidental spoilers. I pre ordered from Amazon UK because it shows some art cards with the packaging. Does the US release by MUBI include these art cards as well?

Slipcover and art cards were not included with the US 2K so I imagine the same applies for the US 4K.

Edit on 10/26: I was incorrect. 4K includes slipcover, just not art cards.

Here's my uninformed opinion having watched the disc last night, given this site probably won't review it (again):

Got the UK release in the post yesterday, and while I can't comment on the Atmos mix properly 'cause I watch with headphones, mostly, I can say that the visuals are a nice bump up from the blu, but not night and day.

On my TV (bearing in mind this is a different screen than I had watching the blu ray, and I've mostly seen this in DCP and once in 35mm), the colours are a lot more saturated, much, much closer to the 35mm print I caught back in April than the 2K DCP I saw last October. The digital film grain over the image is actually legible now, and though the HDR grade is quite subtle, it manages to show off in Seo-rae's apartment and the closing scene.

This isn't gonna yield you a significant amount more in facial details or environmental texture though, cause there's a lot of narrow-aperture shots here, and the lenses make even the stuff in-focus quite pleasantly soft.

(Also: that botched subtitle is fixed. I'll post again once I see the included blu to see if it's also the corrected version. The translation is still intact, delightfully wonky grammar in some lines and all.)

If you love this film at all, you probably really really love this film, and I can say myself that I would have bought this even if I only heard the disc was awful, so you'll probably pick this up anyway. but it basically brings the home video version to a nice middle-ground of the best qualities of the DCP and the 35mm version MUBI struck earlier this year.

Really loved this one from start to finish, didn’t hesitate to pick up the BD and I’m probably going to upgrade once I figure out my finances and if I can swing it. I guess it’s good to hear so far, at least initially, Mubi hasn’t goofed this one up like they did with Benedetta.

Wonderful news about the successful UHD. Honestly, despite Benedetta having been messed up, I nonetheless expected Decision to Leave to be a great release. Since Benedetta, they‘ve vastly improved everything about their BDs that had issues. Encodes have been excellent across the board. Taking that to UHDs is truly wonderful and hopefully they continue with more 4Ks! I'll support them with a purchase.

unfortunately, it doesn't seem so... the back of the case has a region B logo, but none on the disc. the US cover on this site has 'blu-ray + 4k ultra hd' in the corner, though, so I'd assume you'd get one in the US copy too. I can't check if it's region locked because I'm in the UK myself.

the only difference between the UK storefront images and the version I got on Monday is that it's in a standard black case with the banner, not the black scanavo that the images were sorta implying.
