Cool Goovis G3 Max

Just purchased the new Goovis G3 Max headset, and I'm really impressed so far. MUCH better resolution and general image quality than previous models (which I had returned after being disappointed). 3D MKV files look gorgeous on it, and you can also plug an HDMI cable directly into a 3D blu-ray player. It should still be available right now through Indiegogo, and will have a general release later on (at a substantial price increase).

I have quite the astigmatism. Been using the goovis pro. The little lens attachments for astigmatism adjustment are not really wonderful. Do you know how the Max with adjust for astigmatism?.....Thanks.

It has a diopter on each side of the headset to correct for different prescriptions. I've found that it works pretty well.

Thanks for that reply but those adjustments do not help with astigmatisms. If you are able to find any info, i would appreciate it. Thanks.

Default Help contacting Goovis

I have searched and written Goovis to get information on how MAX adjusts for astigmatisms. I wrote to all the addresses that are listed on the support page, and have not received replies.
Does anyone know of an address that i might use to get an answer to my question.
Thanks.

They sell little screw on lenses, I bought a pair. They are about 100 bucks including shipping.

The screen image moves with you, wherever you move your head, so it is NOT like in a movie theater.
